Shahid Shami, Head of L&D and Sales Operations, Exchange Utility

How has coaching increased employee engagement and changed the learning culture of this energy consultancy? Shahid will be talking about Exchange Utility’s training success story and how it enhanced revenue and the credibility of his team in the boardroom.

Louise Marshall, Director of Infrastructure and Shared Services, Brother UK

Case study: Home Instead Senior Care and the power of skills development to transform people’s lives
