A Worcester-based training firm has been recognised by Princess Anne for its commitment to developing skills.

ISO Quality Services was named among 48 other organisations, including household names such as John Lewis, Legal and General and Specsavers for demonstrating that their training directly links to business productivity.

ISO were found to have increased customer satisfaction by six per cent and employee retention by 14 per cent.

Jennifer Appleton, managing director of ISO, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to win a Princess Royal Training Award.

“It is very easy for smaller businesses to think that such awards are just for large corporates but we have proved that is not the case.

“I would urge any other business with a strong interest in training and development to enter next year.”
