The Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma (MIALD) has been recognised by the 2018 Princess Royal Training Awards. Designed to develop management and leadership skills, the programme has been awarded for its commitment to training and the positive impact it has had on young hotel professionals.

A sought-after training scheme within the hotel industry, the MIALD covers eight key business areas, including business management, business marketing and sales and consumer management, and is taught at the country’s leading hotel venues. The diploma offers students the opportunity to learn more about their business, the industry and supports their career progression. The award-winning diploma opens for applications in December and is endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality, enabling graduating participants to be awarded Associate membership of the industry’s professional body.
