The programme has improved staff knowledge, skills and confidence, whilst also enhancing learner engagement and student attendance rates. College-wide attendance was at 86% in March 2022, exceeding the current average for Welsh FE Institutions.

The College created bespoke programmes for individuals and an Excellence Pathways Initiative for senior managers. Outcomes have included 80 of the 420 staff achieving promotions and the College being asked by the Welsh Government to lead a Teaching and Learning Network for Wales.
