Since launching in 2023, the programme has contributed to a significant reduction in 90-day attrition, increased internal promotions and improved perceptions of fairness across the organisation. In the UK and Ireland, it enhanced client retention and workforce stability while delivering substantial returns from a low-cost intervention.

Female GM representation has also increased from 20% to 31%.
