Over the past seven years this charity has delivered the Foundations of Leadership and Management Programme designed to support organisational culture change and enhance leadership capabilities of managers and staff. 98 people have completed the programme which builds confidence, improves communication and fosters a collaborative environment to managing change. Outcomes include a 10% increase in staff engagement following the training.
