A leading commercial vehicle dealership in the UK, Motus Commercials was facing skills shortages due to an ageing workforce and the physical nature of a technician’s role. The Trainee Technician programme was launched to support individuals who do not fit into an apprenticeship route. Since March 2022, 23 people have undertaken the programme with 17 remaining within the business.
