It launched an Apprenticeship Programme to attract young and diverse talent who may not have previously considered a career in insurance. There has been a clear shift across the group from requesting recruitment of experienced staff to upskilling from within, and this has also led to Ardonagh Advisory drastically reducing its recruitment costs.

The Women in Leadership programme was developed to increase and enhance leadership skills, develop confidence and build resilience to enable female leaders to take the next career step. 48 participants have attended the programme and numbers of women in senior leadership have risen from 7% to 12%.
