Now employing nearly 300 staff the business is run by CEO, Grant Santos, with a strong values-first approach and a relentless focus on delivering quality educational and growth opportunities to the employers and learners they work with.

Introducing a bespoke offer to meet growing business needs

Since achieving an Award in 2021, this apprenticeship programme provider has grown from 140 to 250 employees and has evolved its previous workforce development programme to reflect the needs of a growing company. A bespoke approach was introduced which can flex to individuals’ needs. 126 people have been trained since August 2023 and outcomes of graded observations have increased dramatically.

Educ8 Group delivers Apprenticeship programmes and training across a variety of sectors. It created the Workforce Development Programme to equip its employees with the right skills, knowledge and expertise to do their roles effectively. The programme has led to increased staff morale and improved feedback from apprentices with 87% rating sessions as excellent and 100% rating trainers’ ability to plan and adapt programmes as excellent.
